“I’ll go to the bank.” I found a bank in the high street, went in and 1 …………. a 2 ………… for fifty pounds. I handed it to the 3 …………. . She looked at it for a moment.

“I see you have your 4 …………. at a different 5 ………….. ,” she said. “Can I see your 6 ………… for identification?”

“Of course,” I replied, and
handed it to her.

“Thank you, sir,” she said.
Then she handed me some banknotes, saying, “That’s two 7 ………… and one 8 ………… –
that makes fifty.”

“Thank you,” I said.
