Hello. My name is Anna. In this project I want to talk about the seven wonders of Russia. I chose this project because it is interesting.


The first wonder of Russia that I chose is Lake Baikal. This is the oldest and deepest lake.

The second wonder of Russia that I chose is Valley of Geysers. There are 90 geysers and many hot springs.

The third wonder of Russia that I chose is Mamayev Kurgan. It is a dominant height overlooking the city of Volgograd.

The fourth wonder of Russia that I chose is Peterhof. This is a series of palaces and gardens located in Saint Petersburg.

The fifth wonder of Russia that I chose is Saint Basil"s Cathedral. This is the Russian church which was built in memory of the capture of Kazan and Astrakhan.

The sixth wonder of Russia that I chose is Manpupuner rock formations. It is a set of seven stone pillars of different shapes.

The seventh wonder of Russia that I chose is Mount Elbrus. It is a dormant volcano. Mount Elbrus"s peak is the highest in the Caucasus.
